Gustav Garzon
Gustav is Boston raised and serves as Gutenberg Technology's Vice President of Product with a focus on evangelizing the GT SaaS product family; guiding the roadmap, and partnering with all GT stakeholders through research, innovation and strategic planning. Gustav had the pleasure of discovering and promoting GT, as a customer, at his prior role in Global Product Software Management at Cengage Learning, where he led engineering teams to build and deliver software for the humanities platforms. He began his software product management career with Pearson in both North America and Latin America, where he spent 5 years in Global Product Management for platform integrations. Gustav began his professional career in Education - first as a language teacher and then with progressive roles in Enrollment, Academic & Curricular Affairs, at universities in North and South America, including MIT, Babson College, and Boston College. Gustav has a BA in linguistics, English, and Spanish from the Pontifical University in Medellin, Colombia, and a MA in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, as well as non-degree studies in database management.
